The business acumen honed as a CFO for publicly traded companies in the Silicon Valley is an asset Carolyn Aver brings to Aver Family Vineyards. In 2005, she & husband, John, began their dream of owning a magical vineyard in Uvas Valley. Today, Rhone varietal wines are enjoyed by friends who become family.

 Jill Osur is CEO and founder of Teneral Cellars and previous co-founder and director of California-based winery group GL Enterprises. Teneral Cellars is driven by Jill’s belief that wine can be a conduit for change; a force for gender equity and social justice within the wine industry and our culture at large. 

Featured prominently in the iconic move Sideways, Fiddlehead Cellars’ owner and winemaker, Kathy Joseph, is recognized as a pioneer among female winemakers. With unbridled passion and enthusiasm, Kathy creates stylistic Sauvignon Blanc, age-worthy Grüner Veltliner and silky, textural Pinot noir.
